Coffee mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Coffee in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a mesh tank for coffee
If you are looking at coffee in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A coffee mesh tank from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.25 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: coffee in Nouméa works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested coffee in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coffee in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.25 per 10 ml.
