Coconut starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Coconut in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Coconut starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A coconut starter kit from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.26 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: coconut in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Coconut in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested coconut in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.26 per 10 ml.
