Coconut refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Coconut in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A coconut refill pack from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.54 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.54 per 10 ml.
How we tested coconut in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
Is coconut legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
