Coconut refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Coconut in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Coconut in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: coconut in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.28 per 10 ml.
How we tested coconut in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.28 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
