Coconut box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist
Coconut in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Coconut in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on coconut: 22 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested coconut in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.17 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does coconut in a box mod last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
