Citrus RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
Citrus in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Nouméa
Citrus RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.78 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
