Citrus pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Citrus in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a pen device for citrus
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on citrus: 15 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Nouméa
Citrus in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
