Citrus pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
Citrus in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The honest read on citrus: 21 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Nouméa
Citrus pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.92 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
