Citrus 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Citrus in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good 60 ml bottle from a repack
A citrus 60 ml bottle from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.8 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on citrus: 21 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
We run citrus the same way in Nouméa: same 60 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.8 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.8 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
How long does citrus in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
