Citrus 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Citrus in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with citrus in New Caledonia
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
A citrus 30 ml shortfill from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.37 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.37 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.37 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
