Citrus 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Citrus in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
A citrus 30 ml shortfill from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.66 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.66 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Packaging for citrus in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.66 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
