Cherry refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Cherry in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Cherry sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cherry refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cherry in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a cherry bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Mixing cherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cherry blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.56 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should cherry start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
