Caramel starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Caramel in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised XPF51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.68 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.68 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
