Caramel refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Caramel in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A caramel refill pack from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.22 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.22 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
