Caramel pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Caramel in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a pen device for caramel
Caramel in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Nouméa
A caramel pen device from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.74 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.74 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
