Home / Caramel e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist

Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means

Caramel in Nouméa reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

A caramel e-liquid bundle from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a caramel e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa

Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.99 per 10 ml.

How we tested caramel in a e-liquid bundle

1. Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
2. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
3. Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.

• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
• Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
• The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.

Where caramel goes wrong

• Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
• Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
• Treating the advertised XPF59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.99 per 10 ml.

The rules that apply here

Packaging for caramel in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
