Caramel disposable vape IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Caramel in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
If you are looking at caramel in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the disposable vape you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A caramel disposable vape from the value options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: caramel in Nouméa works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel disposable vape really costs in Nouméa
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.41 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest disposable vape available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
