Caramel in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 6 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with caramel in New Caledonia
Caramel in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A caramel 60 ml bottle from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.44 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: caramel in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa

How we tested caramel in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Nouméa survives.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.44 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.44 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
