Caramel 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Caramel in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 3 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a 60 ml bottle for caramel
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run caramel the same way in Nouméa: same 60 ml bottle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, 60 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Caramel 60 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
Is caramel legal to sell in New Caledonia?
