Caramel 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Caramel in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Caramel 30 ml shortfill here
Caramel 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on caramel: 20 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.

Packaging for caramel in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
