Candy vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Candy in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a vape pen for candy
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on candy: 13 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy vape pen really costs in Nouméa
A candy vape pen from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.08 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested candy in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where candy goes wrong
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.08 per 10 ml.
