Candy refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Candy in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the candy habit
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A candy refill pack from the starter options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.05 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy refill pack really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at candy in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested candy in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where candy goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.05 per 10 ml.
