Candy pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Candy in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
A candy pen device from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.4 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run candy the same way in Nouméa: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy pen device really costs in Nouméa
Candy pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested candy in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where candy goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
