Candy box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Candy in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at candy in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run candy the same way in Nouméa: same box mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: candy in Nouméa works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy box mod really costs in Nouméa
Candy in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested candy in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.7 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for candy in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

How long does candy in a box mod last?
In Nouméa we measured 7 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.7 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
