Candy 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Candy in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 4 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good 60 ml bottle from a repack
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.41 per 10 ml.
Candy in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on candy: 23 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested candy in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where candy goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
