Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Candy 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run candy the same way in Nouméa: same 30 ml shortfill, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested candy in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.48 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for candy in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Candy | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | 30 ml shortfill | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 10 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in New Caledonia |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to New Caledonia | 6–12 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | XPF61 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | XPF3.48 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.48 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
