Blackcurrant RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Blackcurrant in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Blackcurrant is allowed to say
Blackcurrant in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A blackcurrant RDA from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.84 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: blackcurrant in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant RDA really costs in Nouméa
Blackcurrant RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested blackcurrant in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
