Blackcurrant disposable vape IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Blackcurrant in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Blackcurrant is allowed to say
Blackcurrant sounds like one product. It is not: a disposable vape running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Blackcurrant in Nouméa reaches the shelf in disposable vape formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: blackcurrant in Nouméa works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant disposable vape really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested blackcurrant in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.47 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
How long does blackcurrant in a disposable vape last?
In Nouméa we measured 5 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
How much does a disposable vape cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.47 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF33 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
