Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.62 per 10 ml.
Blackcurrant in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: blackcurrant in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at blackcurrant in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested blackcurrant in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long blackcurrant in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.62 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
