What blackcurrant costs in Nouméa
The honest read on blackcurrant: 11 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A blackcurrant 10 ml bottle from the best options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.34 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: blackcurrant in Nouméa works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
We run blackcurrant the same way in Nouméa: same 10 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested blackcurrant in a 10 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the 10 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised XPF53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.34 per 10 ml.
