Berry zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Berry in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Berry zero-nicotine bottle here
If you are looking at berry in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Berry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.48 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long berry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a berry zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Nouméa
We run berry the same way in Nouméa: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested berry in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where berry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long berry in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On berry the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.48 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
