Berry pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Berry in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What berry costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at berry in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on berry: 21 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: berry in Nouméa works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a berry pod kit really costs in Nouméa
Berry in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested berry in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every berry bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where berry goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.79 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long berry in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How long does berry in a pod kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.79 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
