Berry 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Berry in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Berry sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run berry the same way in Nouméa: same 30 ml shortfill, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: berry in Nouméa works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a berry 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
A berry 30 ml shortfill from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.83 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested berry in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a berry bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every berry bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where berry goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing berry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for berry in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
How long does berry in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
