Apple starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Apple in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run apple the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.82 per 10 ml.
The short version: apple in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple starter kit really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on apple: 24 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested apple in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where apple goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long apple in Nouméa survives.
