Apple refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Apple in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a refill pack for apple
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A apple refill pack from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.38 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: apple in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple refill pack really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at apple in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested apple in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where apple goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
