Apple RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist
Apple in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Apple RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run apple the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: apple in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple RDA really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at apple in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested apple in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where apple goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for apple in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
